**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Consultation:** Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring that their vision is accurately represented in design plans.

- **Space Planning:** Create detailed layouts that optimize space utilization while maintaining flow and functionality in residential or commercial projects.

- **Design Concept Development:** Develop comprehensive design concepts, including color schemes, materials, and furnishings, that align with client expectations and project goals.

- **3D Modeling and Renderings:** Use design software to produce 3D models and renderings that visually communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

- **Project Management:** Oversee all stages of the design process from initial concept to completion,



coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

- **Budget Management:** Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets to ensure designs stay within financial constraints.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
