**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Daily Operations:** Ensure that the store runs smoothly by managing day-to-day activities, including sales, inventory, and customer service.

- **Manage Staff:** Oversee team members, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a positive work environment that promotes teamwork.

- **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory levels, order products when necessary, and maintain accurate records to prevent stock shortages or overages.

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both customers and team members. A background in retail or management is preferred, but not essential. A proactive attitude, along with the ability to solve problems independently, is crucial. Basic organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
