We are looking for a dedicated Store Incharge to oversee our inventory management and ensure smooth store operations from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and is expected to handle various responsibilities efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demands. Regularly check inventory levels and conduct stock audits to prevent shortages or excesses.

- **Order Processing:** Oversee the process of receiving and dispatching goods. Ensure that all incoming products are inspected and properly recorded in the inventory system.

- **Team Coordination:** Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Offer guidance and support to ensure everyone understands their roles clearly.

- **Customer Service:** Assist customers with inquiries and concerns regarding products. Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Reporting:** Generate reports on inventory levels, sales,



and any discrepancies for management review. Use data to support decision-making for future inventory purchases.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Solid organizational skills to manage inventory effectively and ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, given the work-from-home setup.
