We are looking for a dedicated Telesales Executive to join our team in Bidhannagar. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience and at least completed their 12th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Outbound Calling:** Make calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services. Your goal is to engage them and persuade them to consider our offerings.

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach. You will help grow our customer base by finding new business opportunities.

- **Customer Follow-Up:** Reach out to previous leads or inquiries to follow up on their interest. Maintaining relationships is key to converting leads into sales.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about our products and services. Understanding the features and benefits will allow you to confidently address customer questions and objections.

- **Sales Reporting:** Keep track of sales activities and report progress regularly. Keeping accurate records helps in evaluating performance and strategizing future efforts.
