We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and support complex enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in networking technologies, hands-on experience with multi-vendor systems, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and support enterprise-level network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto systems.
- Manage TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor network health using tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
- Implement and support SD-WAN, NAC, and cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure network reliability, security, and scalability.
- Analyze network trends and performance data to identify and resolve recurring issues.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in network operations or support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies.
- Proficiency with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto network devices.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, NAC, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience using network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, or PRTG.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
