Objectives of this role:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including vendor management, inventory control, and ensuring efficient and organized workflows.
- Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes,



and shipping methods.
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- In Charge of incident management and reporting as per warehouse policy.
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Maintain a secure and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
- Ensure SHE Guidelines and ensure the safety audits being followed at the warehouse regularly.
- Keep in touch with Local Ambulance, Fire department, Manage Local human Safety Kits and PPEs to ensure the safe working at warehouse.
- Supervise end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, dispatch, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and ensure effective warehouse layout and staf
