osition: AGM/DGM - Engineering

Location: Hajipir - kutch

Experience: 16 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance & Reliability
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Ensure high equipment uptime and reliability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
- Implement reliability improvement initiatives (RCM, TPM).
- Manage plant maintenance (preventive, predictive, breakdown) to ensure high uptime
- Lead Capex projects (expansion, debottlenecking, upgrades) within time & budget
- Oversee utilities (boilers, chillers, compressors, ETP, power systems)
- Drive process improvement & cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure EHS compliance, safety audits, and risk assessments




- Handle vendor & contractor management
- Lead and develop engineering teams

Required Skills:

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
