Sales Associate:

SharePal is a rental platform for one's lifestyle needs. Be it travel, photography, entertainment, etc, one can rent all the latest products at SharePal.in. We are building an Amazon-like e-commerce platform of rentable products for 200M urban Indians. We believe experience is more valuable than ownership and that accessibility shouldn’t depend on one’s affordability.

As a Sales Associate at SharePal, you will be responsible for driving sales, creating brand awareness and generating more leads.

The primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Take & manage inbound calls and chats process to understand customer’s requirements.
- Follow-up with potential leads and maximise conversions.




- Set-up and handle customer queries at the experience store located in Bangalore.
- Engage in brand awareness and lead generation projects.
- Coordinating with the support and operations team in case of any order related issues.
- Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolve any customer escalations.

Requirements
Educational Qualification : Graduate

Communication : Hindi & English

Relevant Experience preferred
