Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant - Principal Consultant

Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune - WFO in Hybrid Mode

Full Time

Minimum 6 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Modules, Overall 10 years

Shift Hours: 10- 7 PM IST

Must be available to join in 2 weeks max

Education Qualification: BE or Post Graduation, MBA in HR domain​

Requirements
Mandatory Skills:

· Minimum 10 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion

· Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.

· Must have a robust track record of delivering
Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of
business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

· Should have done to end to end implementation
for the two of the below modules

o Talent Management (GoaL, Performance, Career
development, Succession planning, Talent review)

o Fusion Learn

o Fusion ORC

· Should have good communication and presentation
skills

Must have good
understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
