Job Description:

Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of all equipment's (Plant & Utility) as per respective equipment checklist and SOP.

Predictive Maintenance to Reduce Down Time

-
Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with cGMP, cGLP, Company SOP and health & safety policies at site.

-
Validation and Qualification of Equipment and Facilities.

-
Management of the Planned Preventative Maintenance Program.

-
Control and Operation of Site Services (Including Water, Steam and HVAC Systems and Other Utility).

-
Control and Storage of Engineering Records.

-
Control of Equipment Manuals.

-
Pest Control.

-
Responsible for Day-To-Day Maintenance and Calibration Activities in adherence to the Respective Sop's.

-




Coordinating with Production and External Agencies for Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.

-
Regular Maintenance of Plant Machinery, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Equipment and Components.

-
Enlist and Manage Inventory as Per Requirement.

-
Participating in Project Work, Modification, Qualification, Calibration and Upgradation Activities.

-
Provide Technical Support to the Vendor/ Validation Team for Timely Execution of Installation and Validation Activities.

-
Updating Records and Reports of CGMP Documents and Ensuring Compliance with CGMP, GDP and GEP At the Workplace.

Allocating Work to Teamed Fitter or may be Required Independently.

Site security access.
