Education & Experience:
- · Education: A postgraduate degree from a respected institution with demonstrated analytical skills is preferred.
- · Experience: 2+ years of relevant business research experience with demonstrated involvement in discrete research-type projects
- · Exposure to multiple sectors is preferred
- · Preferably, concentration or advanced work in a business-related discipline
- · Ideally, additional languages and multicultural experience

Description- Working in Gurugram, India, you will be integrated with the unit that provides research support to Kearney consultants globally.



Within this, you will join the Research Team that focuses on working across research projects and initiatives along with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from different sectors like Auto, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Telecom, Media, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Digital, etc..

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project team members to refine and refocus their research needs
- Determine the most appropriate, cost-effective, and timely solutions
- Gather information using a broad spectrum of sources
- Synthesize the findings into targeted, firm-formatted end products with some interpretation of the “so what” of the research; end products including single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spread-sheets, utilizing standard financial concepts, ratios and calculations
- Build expertise by developing basic fact packs, summaries, and be assigned portions of larger documents in your area of focus
