- Develop and implement comprehensive painting and coating specifications in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

- Conduct detailed surface preparation assessments and approve methods such as blast cleaning, abrasive blasting, and solvent cleaning.

- Supervise painting operations on -site, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

- Perform quality inspections and non -destructive testing (NDT) of coated surfaces, including adhesion, thickness, and holiday detection.

- Collaborate with project managers, structural engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with timelines.

- Provide technical guidance and training to field teams on proper coating application techniques and safety procedures.

- Investigate and resolve coating failures, conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.

- Maintain detailed documentation of painting processes, test results, and compliance records for audit and reporting purposes.
