Requirements
AM – B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry (5–9 years)
- B.Sc. or M.Sc.
in Chemistry with 5–9 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or industrial setting.
- Proven experience in managing laboratory operations and leading technical teams.
- Robust knowledge of chemical analysis techniques, safety regulations, and quality control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and mentor team members.
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and standard data analysis tools.
