Thelinehaus is a fashion design and apparel development studio working across design, product development, and manufacturing execution. We build collections and capabilities that brands can scale. The Linehaus is an extension to Jakmans Clothing India and undertakes product development and marketing through the office based in Madrid, Spain.

Role overview

We are hiring a Freelance LinkedIn Manager to take full ownership of our LinkedIn presence—strategy, ideation, copywriting, design/editing, posting, and optimisation—to grow authority, inbound leads, and visibility within fashion and apparel.

Key responsibilities

Create and manage a monthly LinkedIn content strategy for both pages
Build a consistent content calendar (weekly planning + execution)
Write high-performing LinkedIn copy (hooks, storytelling,



credibility posts, case studies, offers)
Design and edit content: carousels, straightforward graphics, image layouts, short-form edits
Post and manage publishing for both pages, ensuring clean formatting and consistent brand voice
Repurpose the same content smartly across both pages (founder narrative vs company positioning)
Engage to drive distribution: comments, community interaction, and relationship-led growth
Track analytics weekly and improve based on performance (reach, saves, clicks, inbound messages)

Required skills & experience

Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn accounts (brand and/or founder pages)
Strong copywriting and content structuring skills (clear hooks + readable formatting)
Strong design sense and ability to create LinkedIn-native assets (carousels/graphics)
Hands-on execution: reliable posting cadence, fast turnaround, strong attention to detail
Able to translate
