Role Overview

As the AI Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML initiatives,



bridging the gap between raw data and production-grade intelligence. You will lead a high-caliber team of data scientists and engineers, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. Your day-to-day will involve architecting LLM-based applications, optimizing data pipelines, and ensuring the seamless deployment of models through MLOps best practices, ultimately driving the companys strategic AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, LangChain, and LlamaIndex to solve complex business challenges.
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and engineering to deployment and continuous monitoring.
