About The Delivery Engineering Team

At our core, the Delivery Engineering team sits at the high-velocity intersection of core product expansion, client go-lives, and production resilience.



We don't believe in traditional silos where backend engineers, frontend developers, and post-production support live on isolated islands. Instead, we operate as an agile, high-leverage SWAT team. We own features end-to-endfrom drafting initial code across the stack to deploying in staging/UAT and solving production issues at their root.

For an SDE 2, AI-first engineering goes beyond individual speedit is about architectural leverage and team amplification. You use AI assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude, custom LLM workflows) not just to write features faster, but to audit system architectures, refactor complex legacy codebases, automate testing strategies, and review AI-generated pull requests across your pod.
