About the Role

We are looking for 8+yrs of experience in servicenow

1. ServiceNow Platform Leadership
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Drive platform governance, scalability, and performance improvements.

2. ITSM Process Implementation
- Implement and enhance ITSM modules:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Request Management
- Service Catalog
- Knowledge Management
- Align ITSM processes with ITIL standards and organizational requirements

3. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Conduct workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare solution designs, process flows, and technical documentation.

4. Development & Configuration
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- UI Actions




- Flow Designer
- IntegrationHub
- Develop and maintain custom applications where needed.

5. Integration Management
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- MID Server
- IntegrationHub Spokes
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance.

6. CMDB & Asset Management
- Define CMDB strategy and governance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within CMDB.
- Support Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.

7. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts.
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

8. Project & Release Management
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and releases.
- Ensure successful execution of ServiceNow initiatives.

9. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business owners,
