Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier client service to both individual and corporate clients on French, US, and Global Immigration matters.
- Manage cases efficiently following the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Guide clients seamlessly through the immigration process, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.




- Take full responsibility for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration laws and actively contribute to our monthly immigration updates.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in immigration or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a global team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
