We are looking for a Business Development Intern – Global Markets who is ambitious, confident, curious, and interested in building a career in B2B technology sales and consulting.

This is not a traditional telecalling role. You will learn and gradually own the complete B2B sales process—from identifying global prospects to building relationships, understanding business challenges, presenting solutions, managing opportunities, and supporting deal closure.

What You Will Learn & Do
- Research and identify potential B2B clients across global markets.
- Identify companies that are hiring, expanding, or building MarTech capabilities.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers such as CMOs, VP Marketing, Marketing Operations leaders, MarTech leaders, and business executives.
- Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn,



email, research, and other relevant channels.
- Learn and execute personalized outbound sales campaigns.
- Qualify leads and understand business requirements, challenges, budgets, and timelines.
- Participate in and gradually lead discovery calls with prospects.
- Understand Rudlyn's MarTech solutions and map client requirements to appropriate solutions.
- Prepare proposals and presentations with guidance from the senior team.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate prospect information in CRM.
- Learn objection handling, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Maintain and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the internal team during proposal, closure, and client handover.
- Continuously research target industries, companies, competitors, and market opportunities.
