About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operations of a leading real estate organization in Odisha.

The ideal candidate will have 15 to 20+ years of overall experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership roles, with a strong track record in the real estate industry, preferably across residential and developments.

The candidate must have a robust understanding of the Odisha real estate market, local business ecosystem, land acquisition, statutory approvals, project development, sales, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the company's overall business strategy and long-term growth plan.
- Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets,



projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with promoters, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

2. Real Estate Development
- Identify and evaluate land acquisition and development opportunities.
- Lead feasibility studies, project planning, and development strategies.
- Drive residential and other real estate projects from concept to completion.
- Build strategic partnerships and joint ventures where appropriate.

3. Sales & Marketing
- Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve business targets.
- Develop pricing, positioning, channel, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Strengthen the company's brand presence and market positioning.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competition, and customer behaviour.

4. Project & Operations Management
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of projects within approved budge
