Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Drive revenue growth through recent customer acquisition and market expansion.
Identify, develop, and convert sales opportunities for Engineering Services across target industries.
Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Develop account penetration strategies and engage with CXOs, engineering leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.
Understand customer business challenges and align Engineering Services offerings to create value.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales lifecycle.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with delivery, engineering,



solutioning, bid management, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals.
Collaborate with marketing and industry teams to generate leads and enhance market visibility.
Ensure seamless handover of won projects to delivery teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in selling Engineering Services within India.
Strong understanding of the Engineering Services landscape and customer buying processes.
Experience in managing sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and consultative selling approaches.
Demonstrated success in new business development and revenue generation.
