Job Description
- Own and drive the product roadmap for all customer-facing digital platforms and experiences.
- Lead the enhancement of mobile applications, websites, PWAs, and digital service platforms.
- Deliver integrated digital check-in and check-out capabilities, including identity verification, payments, and invoicing.
- Manage QR-based guest experience platforms covering service requests, dining, reservations, concierge services, and feedback.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement scalable integrations across enterprise applications and customer platforms.
- Champion UI/UX excellence and improve customer journeys, usability, accessibility, and adoption rates.




- Use analytics and customer insights to drive continuous product improvement and business outcomes.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, budgets, delivery timelines, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

The Successful Applicant
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Platforms, Customer Experience, or Technology Delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale customer-facing digital products.
- Experience managing mobile applications, web-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid background in working with external technology vendors and implementation partners.
- Industry exposure to hospitality, travel, airlines, retail, fintech, consumer internet, or similar sectors is preferred.
