Role Description

This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC's US Staffing team. As a US Staffing Trainee/Intern, you'll support end-to-end recruitment activities for US IT requirements, including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening, profile shortlisting, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination.





You will work closely with experienced US IT Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to real-time US staffing requirements, recruitment tools, candidate databases, and industry processes.

Who We Are Looking For

Must Have:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English, with clear pronunciation and strong communication confidence
- Good American communication style/accent or the ability to communicate clearly with US-based candidates and clients
- Ability to confidently and clearly explain job roles, opportunities, and requirements to candidates
- Strong professional writing skills for emails, candidate communication, and internal coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A genuine desire to build a career in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment
- Willingness to work according to US business hours and shift requirements
