About the Role:

We are looking for a high-caliber entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the founders as part of the Founder’s Office. This role is designed for someone who has built, operated, or scaled a business before and understands what it takes to move from an idea to execution. Prior founder/co-founder experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founders on high-priority strategic, growth, and operational initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and build new business opportunities, categories, products, channels, and revenue streams.




- Own initiatives end-to-end — from identifying an opportunity and developing the business case to execution, launch, optimization, and scale.
- Drive strategic projects across growth, marketing, sales, product, operations, supply chain, finance, technology, and customer experience.
- Analyze business performance, customer behavior, sales trends, unit economics, cohorts, and market data to identify opportunities and problems.
- Develop business plans, financial models, go-to-market strategies, and execution roadmaps for recent initiatives.
- Work closely with functional leaders to ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms to improve organizational efficiency.
- Evaluate competitors, emerging categories, consumer trends, and changing market dynamics.
- Support expansion into new geographies, channels, and international markets.
