Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Pune at Tasmmay Child Development School and Day Care.

The Occupational Therapist will assess children's developmental, sensory, motor, functional, and self-care skills and design individualized therapy plans to support their participation in daily routines, school activities, learning, and play.





Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions, documenting progress, updating intervention plans, and collaborating with educators, caregivers, psychologists, speech therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals.

The role will also involve guiding families on home-based activities, adapting materials and environments to support participation, contributing to classroom strategies, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric occupational therapy assessments.
- Assess sensory processing, fine motor, gross motor, visual-motor, functional, and self-care skills.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group occupational therapy sessions.
- Work with children with developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and other developmental needs.
- Support school readiness, classroom
