What You’ll Be Working On

(1) Own the Outbound Sales Motion

- Step in as the first Account Executive on the team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
- Shape, design, and refine the sales playbook from scratch.
- Partner with SDRs to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into high-value opportunities.
- Build and execute a winning sales strategy to consistently achieve (and exceed) revenue targets.
- Develop strong, lasting client relationships that foster trust and long-term partnerships.

(2) Influence Product and Strategic Decisions

- Operate with a “founder mindset” — your insights and ideas will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory.
- Capture customer and market feedback to inform the product roadmap.




- Contribute to marketing initiatives by sharing frontline insights for collateral, messaging, and campaigns.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally, helping to align product and go-to-market strategies.

✨ What Makes You a Great Fit

- Minimum 4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably with an early-stage startup).
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
