Job Description
- Analyse and document business and technical requirements for projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Support project teams during implementation and testing phases.
- Ensure that deliverables meet agreed quality standards and requirements.
- Maintain clear and organised documentation for all requirements and changes.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




- Experience as an IT business analyst, technical business analyst, or product owner.
- Strong skills in gathering and analysing requirements.
- Knowledge of systems and processes in the technology and telecoms sector.
- Confidence working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
