Sales Director (EMEA) — South Africa, Dubai & Europe (UK)

Location: Bengaluru | International Sales Team | Full time | In- Office - Hybrid

Mandatory Experience needed-

1. 7-10 Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar(Mandatory), with Enterprise SaaS experience in marketing technology (email and marketing automation emphasized).
2. Managed a book size of $2M USD - $4M USD (at the least).
3. Track record of closing deals and growing revenue in international markets (preferably South Africa, Middle East/GCC, and/or Europe/UK).

What you’ll own?




- Retain and grow assigned accounts’ revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Map existing accounts end-to-end and build relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Develop strong executive-level relationships through targeted networking and engagement.
- Own the complete sales cycle for renewals, expansions and new opportunities within assigned regions.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop strategic expansion plans.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities by deepening customer trust and demonstrating ROI.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements to maximize profit and long-term value.
