Lead Campaigns – Acquisition & Growth

As the Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across digital platforms. You will define and execute growth strategies aligned to business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer lifetime value and ROI.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics teams to build scalable growth initiatives and enhance the overall customer lifecycle across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned to broking business goals, driving key KPIs such as account activation, trading activity, client retention, and revenue growth




- Drive monetization initiatives across digital platforms by improving trading frequency, product adoption (Equity, Derivatives, MTF, IPOs, etc.), and overall client engagement
- Analyze customer trading behavior, platform usage patterns, and funnel metrics to identify drop-offs and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct deep-dive research on investor behavior, market trends, and competitor benchmarking within the broking ecosystem to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and execute onboarding and activation journeys to improve first trade conversion and early customer engagement
- Lead experimentation initiatives including A/B testing, nudges, campaigns, and lifecycle interventions to enhance conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to enhance trading platforms, improve user experience, and simplify customer journeys across web and mobile applicationa
