About Company

A listed specialty chemicals company that makes color pigments used in everyday products.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for financial accounting and reporting in SAP setting, including preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements in line with Ind AS.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures across group companies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements, and auditing of the same.
- Ensuring that audits and limited reviews are completed within the timelines.
- Implementing internal financial controls and reducing errors, leakages, and audit observations.
- Oversee treasury operations, including monitoring of working capital, manage short-term borrowings,



liaison with credit rating agencies and banks.
- Liaison with various business heads for resolving key financial issues, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Liaison with insurance brokers and companies to ensure adequacy of insurance and timely claims,
- Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualification -
- CA with 4-6 years experience into related area.
- Candidate from Manufacturing/Pharma/Chemical industry will be preferred.
