Role Description The React Native Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. This full time hybrid role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting scalable mobile solutions, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from team members,



and ensuring application performance, reliability, and security. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, guiding technical decisions, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices in mobile development and DevOps. The Technical Lead will also be expected to participate in sprint planning, contribute to technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement in development processes and tooling.
Qualifications
