Join Amazon's Global Payroll Payments team as a Finance Manager II, where you will lead the critical payment layer that connects payroll operations, banking partners, technology teams, and financial controls across APAC and North America.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Finance, Payments, Banking, Technology, Risk, and Operations. You will own the end-to-end payroll payment lifecycle across multiple markets, lead a team responsible for critical payment controls and audits, manage strategic relationships with banking partners, and drive the modernization of payment infrastructure.

You will also play a key role in enabling new country and entity launches, adopting contemporary payment standards such as ISO 20022 and API-based integrations, strengthening controls,



and using automation and AI-enabled solutions to simplify and scale payment operations.
