Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our US IT staffing team. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants who are currently on the bench, developing relationships with vendors and clients, and generating interview and placement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Market available IT consultants to potential employers, clients, and staffing vendors.
- Work with consultants on OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, GC, and other valid work-authorized statuses, as applicable.
- Identify suitable job opportunities based on consultants' technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Source requirements from job boards, vendor portals, LinkedIn, recruiters, and established staffing networks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, recruiters, and clients.
- Negotiate rates, terms,



and other placement-related details within company guidelines.
- Submit qualified consultants to relevant job requirements.
- Follow up regularly with vendors and recruiters regarding submissions, interviews, and offers.
- Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant submissions, requirements, interviews, and placements.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor/client database.
- Track daily marketing activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Meet weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify current opportunities for consultants.
- Ensure all candidate and work-authorization information is represented accurately.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
- Experience working with OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, GC, and other work-authorized can
