We are looking to accelerate our growth with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and are seeking a senior industry leader who can help us open doors, build executive relationships and establish Valiance as a preferred AI and data engineering partner for GCCs.

The Role

We are looking for a senior, well-connected GCC industry leader to join us in a fractional capacity as a GCC Growth Advisor.

This is not a traditional sales role. The primary mandate is to leverage your industry relationships, credibility and understanding of the GCC ecosystem to create access to senior decision-makers and generate recent-logo opportunities for Valiance.

You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and Valiance leadership to identify target GCCs, build executive relationships and create strategic opportunities around AI and data transformation.

Key Responsibilities




- Open doors to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, GCC Heads, Engineering Heads and other senior technology leaders across leading GCCs in India.
- Leverage your existing industry network to generate new-logo opportunities for Valiance.
- Identify GCCs with significant AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, data engineering and analytics transformation initiatives.
- Position Valiance as a trusted AI & Data engineering partner, rather than a traditional IT services vendor.
- Facilitate CXO-level meetings and help establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify emerging AI/data opportunities within target accounts and help Valiance prioritize them.
- Provide market intelligence on GCC priorities, technology spending, organizational changes and competitive dynamics.
- Work with Valiance's sales, solutioning and delivery teams to convert relationships into qualified opportunities.
