We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the organization’s HR function and drive people-focused initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and team leadership.

The role requires a hands-on HR leader who can build effective people processes, ensure compliance, support business growth, and create a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete Human Resources function, ensuring HR strategies and processes are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Own end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, onboarding, and hiring closure.
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess,



and retain high-quality talent across functions and levels.
- Manage core HR operations, including employee documentation, attendance, leave management, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Oversee payroll management, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, payroll inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll partners to resolve payroll-related discrepancies and maintain accurate employee records.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve employee experience, motivation, productivity, and retention.
- Establish effective mechanisms for addressing and resolving employee grievances fairly, confidentially, and promptly.
