Responsibilities

● Develop and execute marketing strategies that support our brand objectives and target

audience.

● Identify and research potential influencers that align with our brand values, target

audience, and campaign goals.

● Create compelling and informative strategy decks that clearly outline campaign

objectives, deliverables, and guidelines to effectively communicate with potential

influencers.

● Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, content, and social media, to align

campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

● Stay well-informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices

within the marketing realm, allowing for innovative approaches and strategies.

● Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop creative strategies.

● Keep track of industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all influencer

collaborations.





● Develop creative scripts, post copies, and concept notes that effectively convey the

brand message and align with the influencer's style and audience preferences.

● Collaborate closely with influencers to refine and tailor the scripts, post copies, and

concept notes to ensure authenticity and seamless integration of the brand into their

content.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing efforts into

broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Requirements

● Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, English, Public Relations, or Mass Comm

would be preferred.

● Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

● Prior experience of 3+ years in Brand Strategy
