Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of project materials, tools, and equipment.




Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updating of stock movements in the store management system.
Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, specifications, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, construction, QA/QC, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials at site.
Monitor stock levels and proactively identify shortages, excess inventory, and material replenishment requirements.
Ensure proper storage, preservation, identification, and handling of materials in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and project procedures.
Conduct regular inventory checks, physical stock verification, and reconciliation of store records.
Prepare and maintain material receipt reports, stock registers, issue records, return records, and inventory status reports.
Monitor contractor-owned and client-supplied materials, ensuring effective control and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
