Manager, eCommerce is responsible for owning and driving DTC ecommerce strategy, execution and performance across Brand.com website & App, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business. Establish the brand as a leader in the ecommerce space by growing revenue, optimizing consumer experience, and enhancing the UI & UX on the Website and Mobile App.
About the role:
Strategy and Revenue:
Develop annual consumers sales strategies for growth based on channel goals and objectives.
Own the P&L;, ensuring profitability and alignment with overall business growth.
Deliver best-in-class consumer experience for brand Website & Mobile App in liaison with the digital product managers. Ensure a smooth and user-friendly website experience, including navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.
Plan and deliver monthly revenue and KPIs on own brand website and app
Consumer Experience:
Lead website and app UI/UX enhancement,



ensuring optimal navigation, search functionality, checkout process, etc.
Partner with data science and product tech team on current features, program solutions and performance metrics based on consumer journey to identify opportunities and optimize efforts.
Create a pricing framework to drive sales & profitability.
Track & improve CSAT & NPS through exceptional consumer experiences.
Continuously assess and improve the user experience by conducting user testing, A/B testing, and gathering customer feedback.
Optimize sorting, search & recommendations – through an in-depth data analysis and consumer behavior to keep the search and recommendations results most relevant for consumers.
Lead the internal customer care function to provide the best in class support to the end customer across their purchase journeys for the brand website and app;
