Purpose





The purpose of the Senior Finance Officer role at CEEW is to ensure robust financial management and sustainability by overseeing budgeting, compliance, donor fund utilization, and reporting. The role involves aligning financial strategies with organizational goals, maintaining transparency, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. By providing accurate financial insights and fostering efficient resource allocation, the Finance Manager supports CEEW’s mission to drive impactful research and solutions in energy, environment, and sustainable development.

Job duties and accountabilities
Develop and manage organizational and project budgets to align with strategic goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and FCRA.
Oversee financial reporting for donors, stakeholders, and management.
Manage cash flow, fund utilization, and financial forecasting.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.
