Accountabilities
Own the architecture, design,



and technical direction of large-scale, distributed enterprise applications.
Design and develop scalable, secure, highly available backend services, primarily using Python, while contributing to Java-based services.
Drive architectural decisions, technical strategies, engineering standards, and long-term platform improvements across teams.
Build and evolve distributed systems using microservices, event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices.
Champion software craftsmanship through clean architecture, automated testing, application security, observability, and operational excellence.
Mentor engineers through technical guidance, architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools and workflows to accelerate development, automate repetitive activities, and improve software quality and engineering productivity.
