Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented Executive Assistant to CEO / Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO on business performance, strategic initiatives, financial analysis, planning, and key organizational priorities.
This role requires strong business and financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with senior stakeholders and drive critical initiatives to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & CEO Support
Support the CEO on key strategic and business priorities.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, business cases, and decision-support documents.
Analyze market trends, business opportunities, risks, and growth initiatives.
Business Performance & Financial Analysis
Track key business KPIs, revenue, profitability,
and growth performance.
Analyze P&L;, Budget vs Actuals, financial performance, and business trends.
Prepare periodic business performance reports and dashboards.
Highlight key risks, deviations, opportunities, and action areas for leadership.
Planning & Budgeting
Support the annual business planning and budgeting process.
Coordinate with Business and Functional Heads for plan and budget consolidation.
Monitor performance against approved budgets and business plans.
Ensure timely follow-up on significant deviations and action points.
Strategic Projects & PMO
Support financial feasibility analysis, investment proposals, and strategic projects.
Assist with CapEx, expansion, Greenfield/Brownfield, and investment chance analysis.
Act as a PMO for critical CEO-led strategic initiatives.
Maintain action trackers and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
