We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with around 6 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, support, integrations, and business process management. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM along with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
Work on Core HCM, Business Processes, Staffing, Compensation, Absence, and Security.
Gather requirements from HR/business stakeholders and translate them into Workday solutions.
Configure Workday business processes, condition rules, approvals, notifications, and security.
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations.
Work with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
Analyze integration errors and coordinate with technical and functional teams for resolution.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, custom reports, and dashboards.
Participate in Workday releases,



regression testing, impact analysis, and deployment activities.
Perform configuration testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Provide production support and resolve Workday incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to optimize Workday processes.
Required Skills
6+ years of Workday HCM experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support.
Robust understanding of Workday HCM functional processes.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business processes.
Good knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs/Web Services.
Experience with Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.
Strong understanding of Workday Security and domain/business process security policies.
