Accountabilities:
Act as a strategic liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, using structured approaches to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
Lead requirements management and change management activities for complex projects, ensuring scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations remain well managed.
Translate business needs into clear system, application, process, and project requirements that support effective technology solutions.
Lead analysis teams on large projects and provide guidance on requirements gathering, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business studies to uncover underlying business needs and distinguish requirements from proposed solutions.
