This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead SDET - Revex based in India.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building scalable, reliable, and modern software quality practices.
You will lead automation strategy across UI, API, performance, and scalability testing while helping engineering teams deliver with confidence.
The role combines framework development, architecture and code reviews, shift-left testing, and continuous improvement of QA practices.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, DevOps, and other stakeholders to make quality a shared responsibility throughout the product lifecycle.
A strong focus on performance, microfrontend architectures, databases, CI/CD, and production reliability will be central to your impact.
You will also mentor SDET and QA engineers, introduce innovative testing approaches, and help reduce defect leakage through effective root-cause analysis.

Accountabilities
Lead quality initiatives and establish testing standards and best practices across UI, API, performance, and scalability testing.
Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve robust test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
Conduct code and architecture reviews, helping engineers understand the quality and testing implications of their changes.
Drive shift-left testing by embedding quality practices early in the design and development lifecycle and ensuring automation identifies defects as early as possible.
Partner with product and engineering teams to validate application performance, scalability, reliability, and infrastructure-level quality.
Provide technical quality expertise across microfrontend architectures and databases such as MongoDB and Firebase.
