As an Oracle HCM Functional Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in conversations with clients and team members.
