About you:
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software and solving complex technical challenges. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll spend most of your time designing, developing, and delivering production software while influencing architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction.
You'll join a collaborative team consisting of a Tech Lead, four engineers, and Product partners,



with quality fully owned by engineering. As a senior member of the team, you'll mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and be the go-to expert for complex design and implementation decisions.
Part of Access Hospitality's F&B; Software portfolio, you'll help power millions of guest experiences every day across a suite of hospitality technology products used globally.
AI-enabled development is a core expectation of this role. We are looking for engineers who actively leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and continuously enhance team effectiveness.
