We often provide resources, structure, additional scaffolding,



logistical coordination, and other support to empower TT staff to teach/coach/mentor and learn-from one another. In our work, we emphasize curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our programs through innovation.
The Learning and Organizational Development Manager will support our staff around the globe in accelerating their growth to more fully reach their potential as well-rounded professionals, with a particular focus on our rapidly growing presence in Asia (India, Vietnam, Australia, etc.). The person in this role will report to the Director of Learning and Organizational Development and collaborate closely with a wide range of staff around the world including program participants, subject matter experts, program executive sponsors, firm matrix leaders, and other members of Human Resources team.
