In-office days - 3 days a week
Relocation - Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, GJ, with reasonable notice.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders, keeping alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Technical Leadership: Partner hands-on with architects and engineers.



Understanding the system architecture deeply enough to guide technical decisions, pressure-test feasibility, and ensure features are scalable and maintainable, while translating between business intent and technical execution.
Backlog Management: Own the product backlog and prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt against business goals and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and delivered efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly engage stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and report on progress.
Customer-Centric Focus: Collect customer feedback, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product.
Agile Delivery: Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage development cycles, ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
