This is a fully remote prospect for an experienced Quality Engineering professional who wants to shape quality strategy while remaining close to hands-on delivery. You will lead quality engineering practices across complex digital products and help teams build quality into every stage of the software lifecycle. The role combines automation expertise, technical leadership, client advisory, mentoring, and continuous improvement. You will work with modern cloud-native platforms, contemporary testing frameworks, and Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices. As a trusted technical advisor, you will influence senior stakeholders while helping engineering teams adopt scalable and effective QE practices. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, team development, and the evolution of a growing QE practice.

Accountabilities:




Lead Quality Engineering strategy and promote best practices across projects, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Champion a “bake quality in” approach by coaching teams and helping engineers adopt effective testing, automation, Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery practices.
Provide technical guidance on functional and non-functional testing strategies, frameworks, automation approaches, and quality processes.
Work closely with delivery teams from discovery and inception through development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Design, build, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and provide hands-on QE expertise across projects.
Develop and improve QE programs, processes, standards, and training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
