OVERVIEW
You will lead a software engineering team supporting the Palantir software engineering portfolio and building scalable, high-quality end-to-end digital solutions that support business goals across General Mills. This role gives you the opportunity to shape how teams deliver, grow engineering talent, and improve execution across multiple development efforts. You will work closely with engineering leaders, software engineers, technical leads, and cross-functional partners to deliver reliable, modern applications. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and develop a team of software engineers and technical leads to achieve individual, team, and business goals.
Hire, onboard, and grow talent while building a strong, engaged, and high-performing engineering organization.
Set clear goals and expectations for team members and lead performance feedback and development discussions.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development work across multiple teams to deliver against commitments.
Review project scope, requirements, and resource needs to ensure teams are staffed effectively and work is executed efficiently.
Coach direct reports and strengthen team capability through mentoring, support, and continuous development.
Drive collaboration, accountability, and strong execution across teams and partner groups.
